The Armed Detective Agency vs Port Mafia Arc is the first story arc in Bungo Stray Dogs. 

Serving as the introductory arc, it showcases the protagonist, Atsushi Nakajima, as he adapts to live with his ability and meets both the Armed Detective Agency and Port Mafia, becoming the epicenter of their latest conflict.

Akiko Yosano vs Motojirō Kajii	Akiko punches Kajii twice and proceeds to use Thou Shalt Not Die on him.
Osamu Dazai vs Chūya Nakahara	Chūya overpowers and corners Dazai but refrains from killing to interrogate him. Consequently, Dazai succeeds in arranging a negotiation and proceeds to investigate the people responsible for Atsushi's ransom.
Atsushi Nakajima vs Ryunosuke Akutagawa	Atsushi severely injures Akutagawa, defeating him.
