It is located on the second floor of a seemingly unassuming building, but the government has purchased and occupies the entire building, including the upper floors and both sides. The office is furnished with luxurious western furniture, and several cats are kept there. There is a basement, which is crammed with grotesque dolls of girls that Ayatsuji collected as a hobby.
