Flecks of Dark Foam (つぶつぶと暗い泡よ, Tsubutsubu to kurai awa yo?) is the 115th chapter of the Bungo Stray Dogs manga.
Synopsis
The smoke clears over a doomed world as Dostoyevsky’s nefarious plan comes to fruition. With the power of a god at his fingertips, is there any hope of stopping him?[1]
Summary
Ame-no-Gozen stabs Teruko.
Dostoevsky begins his onslaught following his resurrection in Bram's body. With Fukuzawa, Teruko, and the others incapacitated, Aya is horrified upon realizing the Decay of the Angel's plan, Dostoevsky's betrayal of Fukuchi, and Bram's fate at his subsumer's hands. Teruko and Fukuzawa soon struggle in an attempt to ambush Dostoevsky, until Fukuchi's seeming arrival distracts and thwarts Teruko from attacking. She grows hopeful at the sight of her savior from years ago during their first encounter, only for the being to stab her with Amenogozen and liquify her body.

With the space–time sword Shintō Amenogozen, the Holy Sword Soluz Levni, and Fukuchi's hundredfold-strengthening ability imbued in the being's arsenal, Dostoevsky explains that the godlike being is no longer Fukuchi but an incarnated singularity form, Ame-no-Gozen, who only heeds him as the bearer of the Holy Sword's seal. Fukuzawa chastises Dostoevsky for manipulating Fukuchi into causing the Decay of the Angel incident and for even using vampires, the United Nations, and the war that shall occur in 36 years—only for Dostoevsky to reveal that such a war does not exist and is a mere lie of his.
