Chapter 4 is the fourth chapter of the Bungo Stray Dogs (Vertical Comic).

Summary

Atsushi stares at the moonlight.

Dazai looks at the moonlight and tells that "it" should be arriving soon. Shortly after, a noise can be heard inside the warehouse which made Atsushi scared telling Dazai that it must be the tiger. Dazai denies Atsushi's statement and tells that it's just the wind. Atsushi continues to become alert stating that the tiger will come to gobble him up. Meanwhile, Dazai just orders Atsushi to sit down as no tiger will appear. Atsushi asks Dazai how can he be so sure about it.

he beast attacks Dazai.

Dazai closes the book he was reading and tells Atsushi how it was peculiar that he came to the city two weeks ago , same as the tiger. He further proceeds to state the sightings of the tiger at the rover four days ago just when Atsushi also wanders at the river. Dazai then tells Atsushi that the Armed Detective Agency is a collective of individuals with certain abilities. He then reveals that he thinks the orphanage knows he is the tiger all along but just never told him. Atsushi then finishes transforming into a tiger and charges forward to Dazai. The tiger continues to attack Dazai but is able to evade all of its attacks. Shortly after, Dazai is cornered against the wall and touches the tiger, stating that it can't kill him.
