Chapter 6 is the sixth chapter of the Bungo Stray Dogs (Vertical Comic).

Summary

Atsushi thanking Dazai for the lodge.

Atsushi wakes up in a room and wonders where is the orphanage's morning bugle and roll call. Suddenly, a cellphone besides him rings and he proceeds to answer it. On the other line is Dazai asking Atsushi if he sleep well with his new lodging to which Atsushi gives Dazai his thanks. Dazai then requests a favor to Atsushi telling that he is going to die at his spot.

Atsushi finds Dazai inside a drum.

Atsushi then goes out of the dorm and sees Dazai stuck in a drum. Dazai then asks for Atsushi's help and tells that the reason he is inside of the drum is because of him trying a new suicide method. Dazai tells that he is at his limit in trying the method to which Atsushi tells that he should just keep doing it considering that Dazai wants to kill himself. However, Dazai refutes saying that he have no desire for his method to be painful. Atsushi then helps Dazai to get out from the drum.

Kunikida tells that there is a bomber at the agency.

Soon after, they are seen walking. Atsushi asks where they will be going to which Dazai tells him that he is about to secure a work for him. Shortly after, Kunikida shouts from afar calling out to Dazai asking why he is on the street when there is an emergency. During Kunikida's shouting, Dazai tells him that all of his shouting may cause hemorrhoids to which Kunikida immeditely jots it down. Kunikida immediately gets back on Dazai after learning that he is telling a lie.

Atsushi then asks about the emergency. Kunikida tells that they need to get to the agency immediately as there's a bomber that holed up in there with a hostage.
