This criminal ability user (異能犯罪者, Inō hanzai-sha?) was a former thief who was held in Meursault and had the ability to stop time.
Appearance[]
She had short blond hair parted in the middle of her head. In her past burglary exploits, she wore a headband resembling a cat's ears and black tinted cyclops glasses, and she also dressed in a tight body-suit with fishnets on its shoulders and black boots.
During her capture in Meursault, she wore a prison suit, and her body was restrained with straps on her arm, neck, torso, and waist, all of which were connected to chains on the walls where she was held captive. Different cords were also attached to her body.
Personality[]
Nothing much is known yet about her personality. However, as seen from how she agreed to cooperate with Ango Sakaguchi for a reduced sentence and later, undoing her ability when threatened by Fyodor, she is very self-serving and has a strong sense of self-preservation.
Ability[]

As explained by Osamu Dazai, she possessed the ability to stop time for a few seconds for everyone else, including stopping thoughts from occurring. A unique loophole to this ability is that Dazai’s own ability protects him from being affected by her ability, allowing him to share with her the ability to move and operate while everyone and everything else are stopped.

Background[]
She was once known as the world's greatest thief. She was responsible for stealing eight confidential documents from a country's government. At some point, she was arrested and detained in Meursault.

Fyodor catches and kills the time-stopping ability user.
She made a plea deal to Ango Sakaguchi to reduce her sentence by using her ability to help Dazai and Sigma escape from Meursault. She activates her ability for a few seconds every morning as directed by Ango. Because her ability is to stop time, Dazai's ability completely nullifies the effect letting him move freely during the stopped time.[1] However, shortly after Dazai trapped and flooded Fyodor Dostoevsky and Chūya Nakahara in the facility, the two manage to escape and quickly capture the time-stopping ability user. She begs Fyodor to spare her life as she was only instructed to use her ability, only for Fyodor to shoot her point-blank, instantly killing her.[2]
