Summary[]
The Home of Ministry Affairs Special Division for Unusual Powers' SKIF is introduced. It was described as a "'library looking" on the exterior but the security is tight as it would like on nuclear facility. It was also revealed to be the facility Tsujimura reports to. Tsujimura also uses a Aston Martin, a car sent from England and her assignment is to monitor a particular detective.
Yukito Ayatsuji is introduced as a highest-ranked ability user and a has an ability that causes his opponents to die in an accident. Because of this, the government wishes to keep tabs on these kinds of cases 100% of the time.

Tsujimura given a reminder before entering the building.
Tsujimura then ponders that she still remembers the frigid stare of her superior as he handed down his orders to her. Tsujimura arrives at Ayatsuji Detective Agency. Upon arriving, she contacted the support troops and reports that she will being internal monitoring. The troops positioned themselves and has the order to shoot and kill Ayatsuji if he goes on rampage. The sniper tells Tsujimura that she dont want to kill him as possible. Tsujimura responds that it is alright since she is an agent after all.

Tsujimura enters the building, and ponders the thought that no matter what kind of heinous ability it may be , it's fine since she will be there and that she must catch up soon to the hero in the movie. Upon entering, Tsujimura is greeted by Ayatsuji.
