Plot

The Guild Arc

As the three-way war rages on, Louisa nervously makes her way to Francis Scott Key Fitzgerald's office. One of the guards approaches her and asks whether she needs help, which gives her a shock. She then hurries on into Fitzgerald's room to discuss a plan regarding the war.

Reading one of her plans, Fitzgerald compliments how she can create dozens of strategy proposals in a short span of time, though he quips it would be better if she could make them quite shorter. She then tells him that she shall revise her proposal at once, but he nonetheless takes it and opts to read it as they walk. Louisa worries for his safety to go outside especially after the recent loss of their base, but Fitzgerald assures her that the Guild's base is anywhere he goes.

Later on, while Louisa works in her room, Fitzgerald bursts in and demands for the emergency plan. Louisa tries to dissuade Fitzgerald from using the strategy that is estimated to cause the most severe damage of all battle plans. He furiously reminds her that everything and everyone in the Guild belong to him, and as such, he has the right to protect his possessions. He then orders Louisa to issue the emergency plan to her subordinates to end the war instantly.

Louisa travels with Steinbeck, upon which he awaits Mark Twain and a captured Lucy Maud Montgomery after the latter helped Atsushi Nakajima escape from them. He then turns to the scared and nervous Louisa in a helicopter and asks for their next course of action. Later, Louisa leaves together with Steinbeck, Twain, and Lucy to avoid getting caught in the fall of Moby Dick.

Following Fitzgerald's defeat, Louisa and the other Guild members discuss the fate of the organization. As Twain asks them what they plan on doing, Louisa decides to look for Fitzgerald, believing that he is still alive after his fall. They then encounter Lovecraft, who mutters about his finished "contract" before jumping off the ocean to apparently sleep, much to her and Twain's confusion.

After the Guild War, Louisa wanders around the slums searching for Fitzgerald, whom she encounters along the streets. She asks him to issue her an order and for him to return, but Fitzgerald asks her to give up, believing that he has now lost everything. Louisa attempts to encourage him that his leadership is needed, but he walks away and refuses to heed her request. She soon comes across Zoopark, who threatens her to divulge where the Guild's fortune is. She denies knowing it nor where her boss is, so Thumbnail prepares to dispose of her. Fitzgerald suddenly punches him and asks for Louisa's help to fuel his ability, to which she offers everything she has; he then overwhelms the gang.

Louisa soon accompanies Fitzgerald throughout town to rethink their plans in acquiring the Book. Though Fitzgerald plans to buy the secret services, which Louisa deems quite far-fetched for two wanted resource-less ability users, they find it otherwise thrilling, upon which Fitzgerald marks the birth of a renewed Guild. As the two lay low in their newest base, Louisa activates her ability and writes several strategy plans, among which Fitzgerald selects her 82nd plan.

Later, after Louisa makes an appointment with Tom Buchanan, director of Manhasset Security, she regroups with Fitzgerald who came from an impulsive shopping spree, much to her chagrin. They meet with Buchanan, and Fitzgerald offers to clear his former employee T. J. Eckleburg's name after being suspected of killing an employee. As Buchanan rejects the deal, Fitzgerald orders Louisa to find someone who can solve the case, knowing that Buchanan seems suspicious; as such, Louisa reaches out to Edgar Allan Poe. Eventually, after Fitzgerald proves Eckleburg innocent in his trial and acquires Manhasset Security, Louisa comes across the engineer who asks her where Fitzgerald is, much to her timidness.

Hunting Dogs Arc

When Atsushi and Kyōka decides to ask for Fitzgerald's help and coming to the Manhasset Security building, Louisa is seen bleeding from her head and instructs the two to help Fitzgerald, who is in danger. Later, Louisa is seen accompanying Fitzgerald in his meeting with Atsushi and Kyōka, regarding the use of Eyes of God in finding Mushitaro Oguri, their only lead in proving the agency's innocence being the terrorists. After the negotiation, Louisa asks Fitzgerald the reason he didn't sell the whereabouts of the agency members to the military, giving the Guild a chance to clear their suspicion since the fall of Moby Dick. Fitzgerald replies that in that war, he sides with the strong, believing that the agency will emerge victorious. Louisa just gladly hears Fitzgerald's response.
