This matter-manipulation ability is the unnamed ability of the Colonel.
Description[]
The Colonel could liquefy mass and manipulate it,[1] which Chūya Nakahara noted made the Colonel unbeatable. For instance, he could bend the ground beneath him and control it to his own will,[2] as well as liquefy ground, trees, and a collapsed train to attack an airborne target.
To activate the matter-altering ability, the Colonel would raise his arm and squeezed his hand into a fist, after which he could control his intended target. However, the ability did not work on things out of the Colonel's sight.[1]
