Rashōmon: Silver Torrent allows the fiber fabric blades wrapped around Akutagawa's arms to expand and transform, which allows his ability to undergo phase transition when the energy it produces interferes with the physical constant of the surrounding space around it, causing shock waves.
It is capable of devouring one's body and destroying buildings. The shock wave produced by the torrent can be felt in an entire area like Yokohama.[1][2][3]
