Wan! At the Bakery / Medical Drama (わん! パティシエ編 & 医療ドラマ編,, Wan! Patishie-hen & iryō dorama-hen^?) is the 26th chapter of the Bungo Stray Dogs Wan! manga.

Summary

Part 1

New bakery hire Atsushi introduces himself to his co-workers and is introduced to fellow rookie, Kyōka. As Dazai runs off the bakery, Kunikida shows his baking skills while reprimanding Dazai, much to Atsushi's awe.

Ranpo, the taste-tester who takes a bite from each cake, asks Kunikida to make some more. Meanwhile, Kenji entertains his customer through bartering. Amidst the chaos unfolding, Atsushi tells Kyōka that they should also do their best. It also turns out that the bakery has a rumored rival shop run by the Port Mafia.

Part 2

Atsushi is informed by his doctor Dazai that they shall soon commence his operation, albeit he also asks Atsushi if he wants some poison. Upon knowing that the famous doctor Yosano is also in the hospital, Atsushi wishes to get transferred to her, but Dazai dissuades him. Yosano overhears them and asks for her next patient, scaring Atsushi with her dissection method.

On the day of the surgery, Atsushi's nurse Akutagawa approaches him, who threatens him that it is at Dazai's discretion whether he slaughters or cures his patient. Akutagawa claims that he can end his hospital stay at the very instant; fed up with the hospital, Atsushi admits that he is now better and demands to let him go home.
