It was a small beige building near the Yokohamabashi Shopping District.[1]

Kenji and Atsushi asking a gang about the car explosion.
Kenji and Atsushi arrive at the building who are immediately confronted by the gang members. Kenji calmly asks them if they are the ones responsible for making the bomb that made the car explode while Atsushi cowers in fear with the sight of the gang members. A gang member asks them if they are the cops to which Kenji responds that they are just the typical detectives in town[note 1]and begins to admire the chain one of the gang members have. The gang member shortly asks them what they want. Kenji replies that he is hoping that they would tell him whether they are the bombers or not. The gang members just snicker at him stating that they don't know anything about it. Kenji then accepts their statement and gives them thanks for their cooperating, leaving some of the gang members in a confused manner. [2]
