He's been behind multiple large-scale bombings around the world in the past. The Public Security Intelligence Angecy has been keeping trying to capture him ever since he arrived in Japan.

Skills

He is an extremely good with bombs. He specializes in railroad car bombs that contain a mixture of aluminum powder in slurry explosives. He uses ammonium nitrate as his main raw material and acetone peroxide as an auxiliary material. Regarding his technique, he always choses an area that would produce the most damage to his target and never bombs the same place twice.

Plot

Osamu Dazai's Entrance Exam

Alamta's body was found by Kunikida and Dazai after they heard a commotion at the other side of the road near the fishing-gear shop to find a bomb. He was killed however no wounds was found on his body, however countless black symbols appear on his skin, covering his body with blemishes and with the numbers "00". It was then reveales that he was killed by a blonde guy working for an underground criminal organization for the organ trafficking syndicate.
